TroveLLM — Terms of Use

Purpose of the Service

TroveLLM is an AI-powered conversational system that provides general medical knowledge and patient-specific insights based on uploaded clinical data. TroveLLM is explicitly not medical advice, not a diagnosis tool, and not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

Nature of Responses

When patient data is provided, TroveLLM responses are derived from that information but remain probabilistic and may contain errors. Without patient data, responses are general informational content that does not reflect individual medical circumstances.

No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Use of TroveLLM does not create any professional healthcare relationship between you and Trove Health. All responses are AI-generated and must not be interpreted as professional medical advice.

Accuracy and Limitations

TroveLLM may misinterpret documents. Accuracy varies based on data quality. Responses may not reflect the latest clinical guidelines. All outputs are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

User Responsibilities

Users must: provide accurate information; use outputs responsibly for educational purposes only; not redistribute AI-generated content as medical advice; not rely solely on responses for clinical decisions; consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical issues; and call emergency services for urgent medical situations.

Privacy and Data Handling

Patient data processed by TroveLLM complies with HIPAA, SOC 2, and TEFCA standards. Data remains under user control with options for revocation and deletion. De-identified data may be used to improve model performance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TroveLLM is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for medical purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Trove Health disclaims liability for any damages arising from reliance on AI outputs, data loss, or service interruptions. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Trove Health from any claims resulting from misuse of the service, violations of these Terms, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Regulatory and Compliance Notice

TroveLLM is intended for educational purposes only. It is not FDA-approved and should not be used to determine clinical diagnoses or medical billing codes.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas, under American Arbitration Association rules. Both parties waive jury trial rights and class action participation.
