Welcome to the Trove Health Medical Chat LLM (“Service”, “Platform”, or “System”). By accessing or using this Service, you (“User”, “Patient”, or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

The Trove Health Medical Chat LLM is an AI-powered conversational system developed by Trove Health Inc. to assist users in understanding medical concepts and health data. It serves two primary purposes:
  • General Medical Knowledge: Provides evidence-based, educational information for learning and awareness.
  • Patient-Specific Insights: Generates contextual summaries or explanations based on medical data voluntarily shared by patients.
Important: This Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek guidance from a licensed healthcare provider with any questions about your health or medical condition.

2. Nature of Responses

2.1 With Patient Data

When you authorize the Service to access your medical information, the AI generates responses derived from that data.
While the model strives for clinical accuracy, all outputs are probabilistic and may include errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.

If no patient data is provided, responses are drawn from general medical knowledge sources.
Such responses are informational, non-personalized, and may not reflect your unique circumstances.
